Clarify vision, positioning, and 12‑month targets
Identify the revenue flywheel and leading indicators that predict results
Map the growth model and choose a few decisive bets
Deliverables: 1‑page VISTA Scale Plan, KPI tree & dashboard, growth model snapshot.

Session 2
I - Innovation
Systematize learning to create value and pricing power.
Tighten ICPs and jobs‑to‑be‑done; mine customer insight
Design fast, low‑risk experiments across offer, pricing, and GTM
Install discovery → test → learn loops with clear kill/scale criteria
Deliverables: Customer discovery guide, experiment backlog & tracker, 2–3 tests ready to ship.

Session 3
S - Simplicity
Remove friction and complexity so speed becomes the default.
Map the value stream and eliminate bottlenecks & busywork
Install a light‑touch operating system (cadences, agendas, SOPs)
Create a ruthless Stop/Start/Continue plan to free capacity
Deliverables: Operating rhythm (weekly/monthly/quarterly), meeting anatomy, SOP quick‑start kit, “What to Stop” list.

Session 4
T- Tenacity
Make consistency inevitable — in people, process, and performance.
Build an execution cadence with visible commitments and scorecards
Establish escalation paths and decision hygiene
Upgrade leadership habits for resilience under pressure
Deliverables: Weekly Business Review (WBR) template, team commitments board, decision checklist, resilience rituals.

A - Audacity
Choose bold moves that bend the curve — and earn the right to make them.
Craft a category‑level narrative and sharpen the strategic story
Select 3 audacious bets (partnerships, pricing power, product leaps)
Translate ambition into a 12‑month roadmap with guardrails
Deliverables: Narrative deck (board/investor‑ready), 12‑month roadmap, pricing power plan, partnership pipeline.

Session 6
Integration & Scale Sprint
Tie it all together and lock execution.
Synthesize VISTA deliverables into a board-/investor-ready growth narrative
Prioritize and sequence the next‑quarter backlog with clear owners and metrics
Create escalation paths, risk plan, and surface dependencies
Deliverables: Integrated growth deck; 90‑day OKRs & scorecards; risk & dependency map; commitments calendar.
